These Terms of Service apply to the App and its related features and services.

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

The App is provided for personal, lawful use.

A limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license is granted to use the App in accordance with these Terms of Service and any applicable platform rules.

The App helps users review photos and videos, track cleanup progress, and manage items before deletion.

2. Permissions and Access

Some features require access to photos, videos, or other device permissions provided through iOS.

By choosing to grant permissions, the user allows the App to access only the information needed to support its features, subject to the permission settings selected on the device.

If access is denied, limited, or later withdrawn, some features may not be available or may work only in a reduced form.

3. User Responsibility

The user is responsible for reviewing items before confirming deletion.

If deletion is confirmed, the App uses iOS system functions to request deletion. Deleted items may remain in Recently Deleted until permanently removed by the system.

The user is responsible for using the App in compliance with applicable law and for maintaining appropriate access to their own device and content.

4. Acceptable Use

The App may not be used to:

- Violate any applicable law or regulation

- Interfere with or disrupt the App ’ s operation

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems

- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or otherwise misuse the App except as permitted by applicable law

- Use the App in a way that infringes the rights of others

5. Feedback

If feedback, suggestions, or other submissions are provided through the App or by email, they may be used to improve the App without obligation or compensation.

6. Third-Party Services

Some parts of the App may depend on Apple services or other outside providers in order to function.

When this happens, the relevant provider may handle information under its own terms and privacy rules.

If future functionality includes advertising-related features, cross-app tracking, or similar practices, any required permission will be requested before such functionality is turned on.

Services operated by third parties are outside the App ’ s control, and the App cannot assure their availability, content, or privacy practices.

7. Availability and Updates

The App may be updated, changed, improved, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

Features may change from time to time, including how certain tools, progress tracking, or cleanup flows work.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

No guarantee is made that the App will always be available, error-free, secure, or fully uninterrupted, or that all deletions, restores, or device-level actions will always succeed in every case.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, liability is excluded for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the App.

This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of content, device issues, or other losses resulting from user actions, permission settings, deletion decisions, or third-party system behavior.

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Termination

Use of the App may be stopped at any time by discontinuing access to it or deleting it from the device.

The right to use the App also ends automatically if these Terms of Service are violated.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time to reflect product, feature, operational, or legal changes.

The latest version will be made available through the App or its related terms page. Continued use of the App after an update means acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
